Lara Croft is back, and this time you will have to solve a wide variety of puzzles, survive endless dangers and perform acrobatic movements that will blow your mind. A fully interactive environment means you will have even more areas to explore than in previous games. Featuring one of the most well-known characters in video game history, Tomb Raider: Underworld has Laura Croft once again exploring exotic locations in her signature extremely small pants and very tight tank top.
The latest episode in the franchise remains true to the principles of the series with a variety of puzzles, complex manoeuvres, and exotic locations. The game is made more realistic by your actions having a permanent effect on the world – if you destroy something it stays destroyed, if you kill someone their body doesn’t just disappear, foot prints are left and if Lara gets muddy it doesn’t just vanish unless it is washed off.
To truly enjoy the game, it is recommended that you use a gamepad instead of the keyboard and mouse. The graphics in this latest instalment are amazing and the landscapes, characters and other objects are rendered in such life-like detail, they are truly a treat for the senses. However, these amazing graphics will require some pretty hefty system requirements, which generally makes this game better suited for the console, unless you have a very high-end PC. Fans of the Tomb Raider series will love the graphics as well as the exciting gameplay that has basically become synonymous with the Tomb Raider titles.
